Latterly, there has been much professional synergy between their own businesses, BarrowHR and Pragmatic HR, as the need to work collaboratively came about due to increased demand and operational capacity for their HR services.

What’s even more exciting is that between them they have 4 clients appearing in the Business of the Year finalist line-up across the Creative & Digital, Innovation and Trade & Construction categories. Testament to the impact that HR makes to start-ups and SME’s looking to build successful staff teams is evident from those business leaders who are keen to invest in their people. Their services are not just available for those staffing SOS scenarios but also to be part of the strategic journey to business success.
